02 / KEEP IT CURRENT
One update in the first year. Then two per year.
When you get new footage, I can update your showreel. You keep the same Vimeo link when I replace the film.
03 / YOUR MEMBERSHIP
Twelve months. Then rolling.
The initial membership period is 12 months. After that, your membership continues on a monthly basis, with no new annual commitment. You can then cancel your membership whenever you like.
HOW IT WORKS

What's included
Your first year of membership includes the production of a professional showreel as well as one update to your finished reel. From your second year onwards, two updates to your existing showreel are included per year. Publication on the Lindberg Showreels website and Vimeo is included.
As a member, you will also be featured in Lindberg Showreels presentations on social media and in industry newsletters, where I highlight actors and their showreels.

From edit to finished film
Once you become a member, you submit your chosen material. I review the footage and we agree on a start date for the edit. The film is typically ready within one to two weeks of the agreed start date, depending on the material and current workload.
When the film is finished, I will review the result with you and make any minor adjustments within the scope of the assignment. If the material needs to be supplemented or the work becomes more extensive, we will discuss this first.

Updates
The first year of membership includes one update to your finished showreel. From the second year onwards, two updates per year are included.
I add, replace or remove clips so that your showreel stays current and shows you as you are today.

Material, links and rights
You submit material that you have the right to use for your showreel and notify me if any clips have publication restrictions. You retain the rights to your submitted material and may use the finished showreel in your own portfolio.
When the film is updated on Vimeo, the link remains the same. Where a Vimeo link or embedded player is used, the new version is normally displayed automatically. Platforms that require their own file upload need to be updated separately.
PAYMENT & MEMBERSHIP YEAR
Clear from day one.
£149 per month.
The price includes VAT. Payment is deducted automatically each month using the payment method you select at checkout. The initial membership period is 12 months.
Thereafter, monthly.
The membership year begins when you become a member. After the first twelve months, the membership continues automatically without a new annual commitment, until you cancel it.
You can cancel whenever you like. If you cancel during the first year of membership, the membership and monthly payments remain valid until the end of the period. Thereafter, the notice period is a maximum of 30 days.

If you wish to cancel
Notify me that you wish to cancel your membership, for example by email. You will receive confirmation of the cancellation and information regarding when your membership ends. No new commitment period begins after the first twelve months.
Publication on Lindberg Showreels and Vimeo is part of your active Membership. If the publication is to cease, I will contact you so that you can save your film and arrange any other links.
If something isn't working
Get in touch if a payment fails, material is missing, or something needs to be corrected. I will contact you before an ongoing service is potentially paused and will first try to find a solution.
If, for any reason, Lindberg Showreels can no longer fulfil the membership, future payments will be stopped and fees will be refunded for the part of the service that could not be delivered. Consideration will be given to what has already been performed. Your rights under consumer legislation always apply.
GOOD TO KNOW
You have the right to cancel a distance purchase.
As a consumer, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day after the agreement was concluded. You can notify me via email or use the website's withdrawal function during the cooling-off period. The Swedish Consumer Agency's standard form for withdrawal can also be used. If you have expressly requested that work should begin during the cooling-off period, compensation for work performed may be applicable by law. I will inform you of this before work commences.
